Send or Email a Xero Invoice from Ninjodo

 

After a Xero invoice is created, Ninjodo will allow you to send it right away to the client or choose to send it later.

 

SENDING RIGHT AWAY

STEP 1

Once you click on the "Create Invoice" button, the next screen will give you a success message and ask if you would like to email the invoice to the client.

 

 

STEP 2 

Click on "Yes Please" and the "Send Xero Invoice" window will open up. 

 

SENDING LATER 

 

If you chose not to send your invoice right after creating it, you can send it later (or access it to download for eg.).

 

STEP 1

From the Deals page, click on the Money tab and then on the Xero Icon beside the Revenue Item

 

 

STEP 2

From the pop up window, click on "Send Invoice". The "Send Xero Invoice" window will open up. 

 

 

* You could also "Download" (for printing for eg.) or "Open in Xero".

 

PRO TIP

You can set up your "Invoice Email Template" using available "Mail Merge tags" so that you don't need to type up an email every time you send and invoice.

* Mail Merge tags will auto populate certain details, so that the email is personalized without having to change/add anything. Eg. [PersonFirstName] will pull up the persons name the invoice is directed to.
