Using Ninjodo Smart Search

WHY USE NINJODO SMART SEARCH

 

Ninjodo Smart Search helps you to save time when adding or editing a contact by finding as many details as possible and auto-populating the corresponding fields to save you adding things in manually- you may even be presented with more info than what you had on hand :)

Smart Search can find details such as name, company, address, social platforms and even photos!

HOW TO USE NINJODO SMART SEARCH 

 

STEP 1

When adding a new contact enter their email (for adding People/Person) or Website/Domain (for adding a Business) in the "Try Ninjodo Smart Search" box and hit enter or the search icon (magnifying glass).

STEP 2

Wait for Ninjodo to do it's magic :) If any data was found, you will see a successful message at the top.

 

 

STEP 3

Verify all information- make changes if you wish to and finally hit "Save Person/Business" at the bottom of the page.

 

 

And you are done! It's really that easy and simple to use the Smart Search feature :)

This feature will run automatically whenever editing a person or company.
