Add a Video to a Form

Here's how to add a video to a form:

STEP 1

Go to the Admin Panel then click on Forms from the left menu or you can simply click on this LINK.

STEP 2

Click the title of the form you want to add the video to. You will be taken to the page where you can edit form content.

STEP 3

Hover at the bottom of the form and click on "Add Question".

STEP 4

From the dropdown, choose "Block of Text, HTML, Image, Video".

STEP 5

A text box will appear on the form. This is where you can put the embed code of the video you want to add. To get the embed code, refer to Step 6 onwards.

STEP 6

Go to the video you want to add on the form. In this example, the video is uploaded on YouTube. When you're on the video, click the "Share" button right below.

STEP 7

Click on "Embed".

STEP 8

At the right side of the video preview, you will see the embed code. When you click on it, it will all be automatically highlighted and you can simply press CTRL + C on your keyboard or right click on it and then click "Copy".

Note: If you need to adjust embed options, do it first and then copy the embed code.

STEP 9

Go back to your Ninjodo form screen. Paste the code inside the text box by pressing CTRL + P on your keyboard or right click and then "Paste".

IMPORTANT: By default, YouTube videos have an embed width of 560 and height of 315. Ninjodo forms have a fixed width so you will need to change "560" to "435" so that the video does not overlap the form. You'll also need to change the "315" height to "258" for the ratio.

STEP 10

Click on the check icon at the bottom of the block to save it. As soon as you save it, it will show you the video on the preview and it may seem like it is overlapping the form but if you view the live form, it fits just right. See below:
