Problem Attaching in Email

If you are experiencing issues attaching files to Emails such as attach option not showing or first file getting replaced by second, etc, you might have Flash Player turned off on your browser. Here's how to enable it:

CHROME USERS

Attaching files on emails require flash to work and the latest Chrome update has made it impossible to permanently allow flash. It now needs to be done on a page by page basis every single time.

We have already begun recoding how attachments are handled to not rely on flash.

For now this is the workaround:

STEP 1

On your browser URL tab, click on the "i" icon or a lock icon like on the screenshot in Step 2.

STEP 2

On the dropdown next to "Flash", choose "Allow".

STEP 3

Reload your page and try to send an email with multiple attachments.

PRO TIP

If you don't have Flash Player, you can download it here
