How to Create or Edit a Sales Flow or Workflow?

To create a flow in Ninjodo, simply follow these steps:

 

STEP 1

Access your "Admin Panel" from the right top corner:

 

STEP 2

Click “Workflows” from the left menu:

 

STEP 3

From the Dropdown, choose whether to "Create a New Workflow" or "Edit" an existing one. 

 

CREATING A NEW WORKFLOW

 

STEP 4

Give the flow a "Name", from the dropdown choose if it's for a "Person" a "Deal" or "Email Automation". Click “Save

 

 

STEP 4

4.1. Click “Add a New Step To This Flow

 

 

4.2. Give this Step (or stage) a name 

4.3. Hit Enter or Click "Save"

 

 

Repeat STEP 4 until all of your steps are added.
